The production process is mostly automated and assisted by the CNC technology, giving a precise technological flow. LIGHTWEIGHT AND COMPACT
The Mobile Bar Flight Case is lightweight and compact when packed (closed), weighing only 30 kg and measuring 940 x 610 x 350 mm (WxDxH). When assembled, the mobile bar flight case has the following dimensions:
- Outside dimensions: 1600 x 760 x 1230 mm (WxDxH).
– Working table (preparation counter) with a length of 1600 mm and a width of 550 mm positioned at a height of 930 mm.
– Serving table (serving counter) with a length of 1600 mm and a width of 300 mm positioned at a height of 1230 mm.
EASY TO TRANSPORT
Equipped with recessed corner castors, the Mobile Bar Flight Case can be easily carried by a single person. Using the two handles on each side ( 4 handles in total), you can easily load it in the trunk of the car or carry it on stairs. The small dimensions of the bar case allow you access through the smallest doors and it can fit into normal elevators so it can be used even in office buildings without a freight elevator.
FAST ASSEMBLY
The Mobile Bar Flight Case is built to be easily assembled by two people in 3 minutes or a single person in 10 minutes at most. The whole assembly process does not require special tools, using only butterfly screws for which we provide a special compartment in the flight case so you can be sure that you never lose them.
EASY BRANDING
The two boards on the front of the Mobile Bar Flight Case allow you to easily brand the mobile bar, either with your logo or your client's logo. We offer engraving as an option, but this is permanent. Another permanent option is to screen print it at a local workshop. Our recommendation is to use stickers that can be changed for each event. Or you can engrave / screen print your logo on one of the boards and use the other board for personalised stickers for each event.
EVERYTHING INCLUDED
Our Mobile Bar Flight Case comes with all accessories included:
– 580 x 130 x 150 mm (WxDxH) holder for bottles (fits 6-10 bottles), optionally coated with high density foam.
– 1 large polycarbonate container for ice cubes (295 x 145 x 150 mm).
– 4 small polycarbonate containers for crushed ice, fruits and other ingredients (145 x 135 x 150 mm).
EVERYTHING STORED INSIDE
All the elements and accessories are fixed inside the Mobile Bar Flight Case when packed, so it’s not necessary to transport or store them separately in other boxes. The mobile bar flight case fits into the trunk of an average car and because everything is safely stored inside you will make a single trip from the car to the assembly place, without having to come back for other boxes.
LABELING
You can choose between a self adhesive label, a recessed label dish or both of them. Our self adhesive labels are laminated with protective clear foil surface. They can be easily cleaned and re-used without print fade.
ENGRAVING
Many of our images show flight cases engraved with brand and model or client logo. This is not included, our standard flight cases come without engraving. If you would like your flight case to be engraved with your company logo, please add this option to the cart. You will receive an email from us requesting a vector file with your logo. If you don't have a vector file, we can vectorise it for you for an extra fee. You will be informed on the additional price for vectorising your logo, as this differs depending on the complexity. If you only want the brand or model of the equipment engraved then simply add the engraving option to the cart and we will manage the rest.
BIRCH PLYWOOD COLOURS PALETTE
Our birch plywood comes in a variety of colours for you to choose from. Our standard is the Black Hexa Design Plywood. Only the finish differs from colour to colour, the birch plywood used is the same. Do note that the production time and price will increase if you choose something different from our standard Black Hexa Design Plywood.
